Registry Connect Co-op and its affiliated Registry Agents are committed to protecting your personal information, which we manage in accordance with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws. This policy explains what sort of information we collect, why we collect it, and how that information is used. It also explains how you can access and update your own personal information.

Information We Collect

We collect two kinds of information:

Personal information that you provide to us.
Non-personal information we collect when you use our services.

Personal Information

Collection

We collect only the personal information required to provide our services:

Your email address and your phone number.
The name and billing address of the payment card holder.
The search information that you provide, if that search information also contains your name or any other personally identifiable information.

Registry Connect Co-op does not store any payment card information.

We use Stripe for payment, analytics, and other business services. Read their Privacy Policy.

Consent

By requesting a search through our site, you consent to the use of your information for fulfilling your request.

Use

Your personal information is only used to provide the services you request. This includes:

Performing your search request.
Providing you with search results.
Offering support regarding your request.

Sharing

We will not share your personal information with third parties outside Registry Connect Co-op, the referring agent, or our payment processor, unless required by law or in cases of fraud.

Non-Personal Information

Collection

We collect general visitor data (e.g. browser type, language, referring site, timestamp). We may also log IP addresses.

We use cookies to remember your session preferences. Third-party cookies may also be set by services like Google Analytics and Stripe. Learn more:

Opt-out

You can opt out of some tracking by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser settings.

Use

Non-personal information is used to improve our site and services.

We do not sell or rent this data. We may share aggregated statistics with trusted partners under NDA.
